Zoom QR code generator
Paste the meeting link, print the code. People join from their phone without typing a meeting ID.
Sample. Fill in to make it yours.
Prints a short link you can change after printing, with scan stats. Free account, 3 codes included.
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 1 MB. Stays in your browser.
A picture behind the code. The fade keeps it light enough to scan. Stays in your browser.
Set to Max because a logo covers part of the code.
A Zoom QR code opens your meeting link, which launches the Zoom app with the meeting ready to join. Copy the invite link that includes the passcode (it ends in ?pwd=…), and nobody needs to type the ID or the passcode.
Recurring meetings keep the same link, so a code on a classroom wall or a meeting-room screen keeps working for months. For one-off webinars, an editable code lets you reuse the same printed material for the next session.
Where a Zoom QR code helps
Hybrid classes
A code on the classroom wall lets students join the online room from their phone.
Events with remote speakers
Printed agendas link to the session for people who cannot attend.
Meeting rooms
A code on the room screen joins the standing team meeting.

Change the link later
The printed code stays the same. You point it somewhere new from your dashboard.
Scan stats
Scans per day and hour, countries, cities, phones and languages, without cookies or tracking pixels.
Pause a code
Turn a code off for a closed event and back on next season.
