PNG, JPG or SVG up to 1 MB. Stays in your browser.
A picture behind the code. The fade keeps it light enough to scan. Stays in your browser.
Set to Max because a logo covers part of the code.
A calendar QR code holds an event in the standard iCalendar format: title, start, end and location. Phone cameras on iPhone and most Android phones offer to add it to the calendar. The guest taps Add, and the reminder is set.
Times are saved as local time with no time zone, which is right for events people attend in person. For online events across time zones, link an editable code to a calendar invite or event page instead, so each person sees their own local time.
Where a calendar event QR code helps
Invitations
Weddings, parties and openings: guests save the date while holding the card.
Posters
Concerts, open days and workshops get added to calendars, not forgotten.
Appointment cards
Clinics and salons print the next appointment as a code on the card.

What an editable code adds (3 free with an account)
Change the link later
The printed code stays the same. You point it somewhere new from your dashboard.
Scan stats
Scans per day and hour, countries, cities, phones and languages, without cookies or tracking pixels.
Pause a code
Turn a code off for a closed event and back on next season.
calendar event QR code questions
The phone adds the event to its default calendar, which is often Google Calendar or Outlook if those are set up.
Not in this form, to keep the code light. Put details on the event page and link it as the location or on the poster.
The time is stored as local time. Guests in the same city see the right time. For online events, use a link to a calendar invite.
Not in an event code. Use an editable code linking to an event page if dates may change.
