PDF QR code generator
Put the brochure, manual or certificate behind a code. With an editable code you can replace the file later.
Sample. Fill in to make it yours.
Prints a short link you can change after printing, with scan stats. Free account, 3 codes included.
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 1 MB. Stays in your browser.
A picture behind the code. The fade keeps it light enough to scan. Stays in your browser.
Set to Max because a logo covers part of the code.
A PDF QR code opens a PDF in the phone’s browser. Upload the file somewhere public, such as your website, Google Drive or Dropbox, set it to "anyone with the link can view", and paste the link here.
PDFs get updated: a new price list, a corrected manual, next year’s timetable. If the file’s address will change, use an editable code and point it at the new file instead of reprinting. Keep files under 5 MB so they open quickly on mobile data.
Where a PDF QR code helps
Manuals and safety sheets
A code on the device opens the full manual in the buyer’s language.
Brochures and price lists
Hand out a small card instead of a printed booklet.
Certificates and documents
A code on a printed certificate opens the original PDF for checking.
How to make a PDF QR code
- 1
Upload your PDF to a public place and copy a link that opens the file directly.
- 2
Paste the link here. Test it in a private browser window first to make sure it is public.
- 3
Download the code and scan it on mobile data, not Wi-Fi, to check load time.
What an editable code adds (3 free with an account)
Change the link later
The printed code stays the same. You point it somewhere new from your dashboard.
Scan stats
Scans per day and hour, countries, cities, phones and languages, without cookies or tracking pixels.
Pause a code
Turn a code off for a closed event and back on next season.
