Privacy policy

Free static QR codes and barcodes are made in your browser. The content you type and the logo you add are not sent to QRGlo.

If you create an account we store your email address, your name if you sign in with Google, your codes, their destination links and settings, and a history of changes to them.

PDFs, audio, images, menus and galleries you upload for a hosted page are stored with our hosting provider and shown to anyone who opens that code. Do not upload anything you would not put on a public web page.

When someone scans an editable code we record the time, the country and city reported by our network provider, and the device, browser and language read from the request. We do not store IP addresses and do not set cookies on people who scan.

When someone fills in a form or feedback page made with QRGlo, we store their answers for the owner of that code. The owner decides what to ask and what to do with the answers; contact them about it. The answers are deleted together with the code.

When you use AI art or logo art, your prompt, the chosen style and any image you add are sent to our AI model provider to make the picture. The results are stored in your account until you delete them.

Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details; we keep your plan, its status and the provider’s reference numbers.

Destination links are checked against Google Safe Browsing to stop phishing and malware. Sign-in links and notifications are sent through our email provider.

When you sign in we set a session cookie, plus small cookies that remember that you are signed in and which workspace you last used. A language cookie remembers the language you picked. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

You can export your codes and scan data as CSV and delete codes, files and AI images from your dashboard. To delete your account and everything in it, write to us from the address you signed up with.
