What to report
A QRGlo code or short link that leads to phishing, malware, scams, illegal content or content that infringes your rights. Our links start with q.qrglo.com or a domain one of our customers has connected.
How to report
Email support@qrglo.com with "Abuse" in the subject. Include the link printed in the code (or a photo of the code), where you found it and what is wrong. For a copyright or trademark complaint, say which work or mark is yours.
What we do
We look at every report, usually within one working day. If a code breaks our terms we pause it, so scanning shows a notice instead of the destination, and we tell the owner. Repeated or serious abuse closes the account.
Every destination link is also checked against Google Safe Browsing when it is saved.
If your code was paused
Reply to the email we sent, or write to support@qrglo.com, and explain what the code links to. If we got it wrong we switch it back on.
