Menu QR code generator
Print the code once. When the menu changes, change the link, not the table tents.
Sample. Fill in to make it yours.
Prints a short link you can change after printing, with scan stats. Free account, 3 codes included.
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 1 MB. Stays in your browser.
A picture behind the code. The fade keeps it light enough to scan. Stays in your browser.
Set to Max because a logo covers part of the code.
A menu QR code opens your menu on the guest’s phone: a PDF, a page on your website, or a page on a delivery app. The code itself is just a link, so the menu can live anywhere you already keep it.
If your menu link will never change, a free static code is enough. If you swap menus by season, run lunch and dinner menus, or are not sure where the menu will live next year, use an editable code. You change the destination in your dashboard and the printed codes keep working.
Where a menu QR code helps
Table tents and stickers
One code per table, all pointing at the same link. Update once, every table follows.
Window and takeaway bags
People walking past can read the menu before they come in, or order again from home.
Seasonal menus
Point the code at the summer menu in June and the winter menu in December. Same print.
How to make a menu QR code
- 1
Upload your menu as a PDF or page somewhere public and copy the link.
- 2
Paste the link, add your logo, and pick colours that match the room. Keep strong contrast.
- 3
Download SVG for the printer. Test the printed proof under the restaurant’s actual lighting.
What an editable code adds (3 free with an account)
Change the link later
The printed code stays the same. You point it somewhere new from your dashboard.
Scan stats
Scans per day and hour, countries, cities, phones and languages, without cookies or tracking pixels.
Pause a code
Turn a code off for a closed event and back on next season.
menu QR code questions
A web page loads faster on phones and is easier to read. A PDF is fine if that is what you have; keep it under 2 MB.
With a free static code, you would need to reprint. With an editable code, you change the link and every printed code follows.
Editable codes show scans per day, so you can compare lunch and dinner or one location with another.
At least 2.5 cm wide. Leave a white border of about 3 mm around it.
