Telegram QR code generator
One scan opens your Telegram account, channel, group or bot, ready to message or join.
Sample. Fill in to make it yours.
Prints a short link you can change after printing, with scan stats. Free account, 3 codes included.
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 1 MB. Stays in your browser.
A picture behind the code. The fade keeps it light enough to scan. Stays in your browser.
Set to Max because a logo covers part of the code.
A Telegram QR code opens t.me/yourname. The same short link works for a personal account, a public channel, a public group or a bot. On phones with Telegram it opens in the app with the Message, Join or Start button.
For a private group, use an invite link instead of a username: in the group’s settings, create an invite link and paste it in full. You can revoke that link later if it spreads too far, which is a good reason to print it as an editable code.
Where a Telegram QR code helps
Customer support
A code on the box opens your support bot or account, with no phone number shared.
Channels and communities
News channels and local groups print the code on posters to grow subscribers.
Bots
Booking, ordering and loyalty bots start with one scan and a tap on Start.
How to make a Telegram QR code
- 1
Type the username of the account, channel or bot, without the @.
- 2
For a private group, paste the full invite link instead.
- 3
Download and scan it from a phone that is not already in the chat.
What an editable code adds (3 free with an account)
Change the link later
The printed code stays the same. You point it somewhere new from your dashboard.
Scan stats
Scans per day and hour, countries, cities, phones and languages, without cookies or tracking pixels.
Pause a code
Turn a code off for a closed event and back on next season.
Telegram QR code questions
Yes, for accounts and public channels. Set one in Telegram settings. Private groups use invite links instead.
For bots, add ?start=something to the link to pass a value to the bot. Personal chats cannot pre-fill text.
The code just opens the link. If Telegram is blocked on the network, the app needs its own connection settings to load.
