Static codes: very similar
A static code stores your content directly in the pattern. Both tools make them for free, with no scan limit and no expiry, and both let you set colours, shapes and a logo. For a code that will never change, either works.
The difference: editable codes
QR Code Monkey says its codes are static, so you cannot edit them after they are made. If your menu, landing page or file moves, the printed code has to be replaced. QRGlo’s editable codes hold a short link you control: change where it points in your dashboard and every printed copy follows, and each scan is counted with the time, approximate place and device.
The free plan includes 3 editable QR codes, and every code keeps redirecting whatever your plan.
